Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms relate to the use of the ABM Constructions UK Ltd website. They do not replace the separately agreed terms of a construction contract, development agreement, land transaction or joint venture.
1. About ABM
This website is operated by ABM Constructions UK Ltd. Our contact address is 55A Palmerston Road, SM1 4QL. Email info@abmconstructions.co.uk or telephone 0800 4118 300 with website or service enquiries.
2. Website information
Website content introduces our business, services and development experience. We take reasonable care over its accuracy, but information may change and may not always reflect the latest project position. Please ask us to confirm information before relying on it for a commercial decision.
Nothing on the website by itself constitutes a binding quotation, an offer to sell land or property, an offer of investment, or professional planning, legal, financial, structural or tax advice. Project-specific advice should be obtained from appropriately qualified advisers.
3. Project images and descriptions
Project imagery may include computer-generated visualisations, enhanced photographs, proposed designs and indicative landscaping or furnishings. These illustrate the scheme and may differ from the completed building or final specification. Descriptions, unit counts, areas, programmes and status information should be confirmed directly with us where material to a decision.
A project appearing in our portfolio does not mean that units are currently available for sale or rent, or that an investment or partnership opportunity is available.
4. Services, guarantees and accreditation
References to fixed prices, cost overrun guarantees, turnkey delivery, STP option agreements or other commercial arrangements describe services or arrangements that may be available. Their scope, exclusions, conditions and enforceability depend on the specific written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
References to NHBC registration or contractor status identify ABM’s stated registration details. They do not mean that every development or service shown on this website automatically carries an NHBC warranty or that NHBC guarantees ABM’s commercial obligations. Any project-specific cover must be confirmed in the relevant documentation.
5. Enquiries and contracts
Submitting a form, sending an email or discussing a proposal does not itself create a construction, consultancy or joint venture contract. Engagements and commercial commitments require an appropriate separate agreement. Please provide accurate information and only share material that you are entitled to disclose.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, design, project imagery and other material belong to ABM or are used with the rights holder’s permission. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for personal use or internal consideration of our services. Other reproduction, commercial reuse or redistribution requires permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use the enquiry facilities to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited material. Automated access must respect the website’s security controls and applicable law.
8. External links and availability
Links to external websites, including Instagram and regulators, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, services, security or privacy practices. The website may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our reasonable control.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights.
Any liability relating to an agreed service, construction project or transaction is governed by the applicable separate agreement and the law. These website terms do not override that agreement.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled. It is available through the link in the footer.
11. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes do not retrospectively amend separately agreed contracts.
